Uruguay won the inaugural World Cup in 1930 and claimed victory again 20 years later, making it one of only five countries to hoist the cup multiple times. La Celeste, as the team is known, is currently ranked No. 14 in the world and is the clear favorite to top Group A. For this team to make a long run in the tournament, however, striker Luis Suarez will need to be at the top of his game and on his best behavior. Chew on this: The Barcelona forward was booted out of the 2014 World Cup in Brazil for biting Italy’s Giorgio Chiellini during a knockout phase contest.
