The 2018 ESPYS - Show

The Biggest Moments from the ESPY Awards

Honoring the best and brightest in the sports world.

The ESPY Awards were handed out in Los Angeles on July 18. But beside all the flash and celebration of the annual awards show for the brightest lights in the sports world was an emotional presentation to honor the survivors of sexual abuse. Hundreds of women have spoken out about the abuse of Larry Nassar, the former Michigan State University and USA Gymnastics doctor who was convicted of sexual assault earlier this year. One hundred and forty-one of those women took to the stage on Wednesday night to accept the Arthur Ashe Award for Courage on behalf of all the survivors. Here, a look at this and some of the other big moments from the ESPY awards last night. All we needed was one adult to have the integrity to stand between us and Larry Nassar," Raisman said while accepting the award on behalf of the group.
