From Snow to Spring in Seven Days

When you look at these comparison photos, it is hard to believe that the “Beast from the East” brought the UK to a standstill last week. Schools were shut, thousands of homes were without water, and people were stranded. For hours. Just one week on, in Cornwall at least, it is positively balmy.
