Muslims mark the end of Ramadan

For the 1.8 billion Muslims around the world, Eid-al-Fitr is one of Islam’s most important holidays. Eid-al-Fitr celebrates the end of Ramadan, the month-long dawn-to-sunset fasting, and begins when a new moon is sighted. Here, a look at the celebrations from around the world:
