The Duchess of Sussex attends her first Royal Ascot.

Less than a week after her first road trip with Queen Elizabeth, Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, is back in the royal saddle — or carriage, as it were — attending opening day at the Royal Ascot. A tradition dating back to 1711, the annual horse race is one of the biggest events on the British social calendar — and boasts a dress code dictated by the Queen herself.
