'Mission: Impossible - Fallout' Seoul Premiere

Mission: Impossible? Tom Cruise Attempts Finger Hearts

The 'M:I—Fallout' cast shows their love to South Korean fans.

Tom Cruise and the rest of the "Mission: Impossible — Fallout" cast are currently on a world tour to premiere their latest spy thriller. At a recent stop in Seoul, on July 16, they made sure to show their Korean fans some appreciation by flashing finger hearts. The gesture, with a crossed index finger and thumb, is a fast, uniquely South Korean way to flash a heart sign. Cruise and his cast mates aren't the only famous people to start speaking the local body language, though. Here, a brief history of celebrities making finger hearts.
