Ahhh, #foodporn. How many of us happily devour it (or create it) every day? In fact, for some people, capturing an Instagram-worthy snap of a meal can take precedence over actually eating it. But not that long ago, food photography was less slick ― and, it must be said, often less appetizing ― than it is today. Skeptical? Take a look at the pictures here, from a more innocent time ― before social media made food porn addicts of us all.
